We all hope for the best, but accidents can happen. If the discs containing your scanned slides and negatives are lost or stolen, rest assured. We keep a copy of all your scans for 90 days (unless requested otherwise).

For an added layer of security we recommend that you choose our backup service, where we keep a copy of your scans for 10 years from the date they were scanned.
