As a courtesy to our clients, we store a copy of all the slides and negatives we scan on our server for 90 days. After 90 days we purge these scans from our system to regain the storage space.

With our optional 10 year data protection service, we will keep a copy of your digital scans on our backup server for 10 years from the date they were scanned, giving you peace of mind should your copy of the pictures be lost or stolen.
