Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all forms of payment: Cash, Check and Credit Card. Note we add 2% to all credit card payments.
Q. When do I pay for my order?
A. Once we finish scanning your images we will contact you with the total scan count and amount due, payment is due at this time. You can then choose to pay with whatever method is most convenient for you.
Q. What about down payments for large orders?
A. For orders of $1,000 or more we ask for a 50% down payment to secure the order. The remaining balance will be due once the order is complete.
Q. Where will my slides and negatives be scanned?
A. We scan everything at our facilities in Portland, OR. We NEVER send your slides, negatives or photos out of the country.
